Adventure Itinerary

We will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel or the airport at 8.00 a.m and drive you to the Nairobi animal orphanage. The Nairobi Animal Orphanage serves as a treatment and rehabilitation center for wild animals. The Orphanage hosts lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, serval cats, rare Sokoke cats, warthogs, leopards, various monkeys, baboons, and Buffalo. Various birds can also be viewed including parrots, guinea fowls, crowned cranes and ostriches. The visit will last about two hours.

Proceed to the nearby Daphne elephant orphanage. The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is a haven for injured elephants and rhinos where they are treated and released back to the wild. This also is a place for orphaned baby elephants, rhinos and other animals where they are taken care of until they can survive on their ow in the wild. The visiting time is between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 Noon for the public. For foster parents, the visiting hours is between 5 and 6.00 p.m.
